FAQ
Do you stay at our place?
Yes, I find that being in a place where your dog is most comfortable allows them to relax and feel less stressed while you are away.
Do you watch other animals?
Yes, of course! In the past I've watched cats, parrots, gerbils, even fish. If you have any animal you'd like me to watch, I'd be happy to accommodate.
Do you offer walks?
When I'm watching the pups, I'll of course walk them however frequently you'd like. Aside from that, I do offer dog walking as a service on a case-by-case basis, so please reach out if you need a walk separate from a sitting.
Do you have a day job?
Yes, I do. I work in financial analysis for my 9-5 (more like 9-6/7 some days, haha) but I have a flexible remote work schedule so I'll be with your pup during the day.
My Dog gets separation anxiety. how often will you be with them?
This is a very important question, so thanks for asking it! All dogs are different and I'm happy to hang out with them for the length of the stay without leaving if that is required. When we meet, I'll go through a checklist and ask how long — if at all — your pet can be alone for. I will arrange my schedule around this requirement.
Wll you travel to me?
Yes! Part of being nomadic means I can watch your pup(s) regardless of where you are. Please see the cities page for more information.
What are your rates?
There are a few factors that play into this such as location, duration of stay (I offer discounts for longer stays), and count of animals. If you have any questions about it please don't hesitate to reach out via the contact form. Even if you are in early stages of planning a trip, I'd love to hear from you.
Do you provide updates?
Yes! I generally find that two photos a day, one in the morning and one in the evening, is the best frequency to provide updates. That being said, if the pup does anything cute I'll of course send that across too. I'm happy to provide more regular updates if you'd prefer, just let me know.
